Here’s a list of necessary skills that qualify under the Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) visa (subclass 186). This visa lets skilled workers, who are nominated by their employer, live and work in Australia permanently.
The ENS comes in three entry streams: Direct Entry stream, Labour Agreement stream, and Temporary Residence Transition stream.
Under ENS visa subclass 186, the worker must satisfy these basic requirements:
- You must have the necessary skills for the job
- You must be nominated by an Australian employer
- You must meet Australia’s health and character requirements
